Date of joining correction.
My employer has made my two epfo accounts , although I have not changed my service , neither taken break . I am in continuous service from 1992 , the employer has made one account from 1992 to 2009, and other account from 2009 to till date. The date of joining is mentioned as 2009 in the uan which was formed from second account. I am concerned about my date of joining as the new date of joining of 2009 reduces my service period by 16 years , which will affect my pension calculation.
A.Dear Client
You must talk to the employer regarding this. And then if the same scenario happens, you may send him a legal notice by visiting a lawyer. Or may proceed with a legal suit.
Thanks
