A. Yes, provided that in case of wife she can be executor also beneficiary in her life time and continue the intension of the testator, better to contact through Vidhikarya for drafting will and testament as per the law quickly.

A. Dear Sir,
Any beneficiary under your Will can act as an executor of Will. Executors should be appointed with care.

A. Yes. Beneficiary can be also named as a executor. File a petition for probate of the Will through any lawyer from Vidhikarya.
