Breach of employment contract

I accepted a job offer on one year contract basis with a data entry company which offered 60000 for 12days data entry project. There one the clause states if 29 minimum correct pages are not submitted then the contract will be terminated and no payment will be done also the contract fees 4000/- which they took while signing up will not be returned
But one of the clause states that per page there will be only 55-60 lines
But few pages contains more than 60 lines
So this is the breach of contract from the company's side right?
Can i fight back and ask for my money because its a fraud company they have put false mistakes and are not accepting their mistake
As per the facts stated it is a fraud company and you should not engage with it and if they still harass you then you can file a complaint against them at the nearest police station.

It is a fraud company. Learn a lesion from it and start searching for other jobs without wasting your time & money.
Just ignore this kind of jobs as they are fraud who cheat the innocent people by making a false job and then later by sending fake legal notices. You don't have to do anything and if they harass you then you complain to the local police
