Objection regarding building constructing society near my residence

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have purchased GMADA property and constructed the house. This place is very near the GMADA'S empty place, which was left for commercial purposes. Now GMADA sold out that property to a private builder, who is going to construct their 27 story residence building.
Now the point is this high-level building will be around 150 feet far from our houses. Which also may affect the natural air etc.
Can we challenge GMADA to sell this property to build a high-level building? As it was earlier for commercial purposes GMADA covert it for residential purposes. Mostly there is only a three-story SCO buildup next to our lane.
