I have worked in private organization based in Ahmedabad,Gujarat for around 4.5 years.Due to COVID-19 they have hold some percentage of salary amount for some months and told they will pay when business improves. I have completed all leaving formalities as per rules and regulation of organization but they still not paid my salary hold amount but they have already paid holding amount to existing employees. Please guide

It is advised to visit a lawyer in such a scenario and send a legal notice to the company regarding non-payment of the promised salary. Even if they does not pay the due amount, then file a case in the civil court regarding the breach of employment contract, which must have been signed between you and the company while joining the company.

A.Dear Client
Here you need to send them a legal notice to recover your dues from them and hence get in touch with a lawyer to send a legal notice. If even after the legal notice they do not pay then you can file a case for the same.
