I was in a government company having sales job got it by passing pre mains and interview exam.In job notification there was nothing shown that they can terminate us if target not completed. On joining the job we came to know if tharget not completed they can terminate us after 2 year .we got 3 target to be completed of those i completed 2 and half targets now they are saying in 2 year's your target is not completed now you will be terminated but they have not given any notice to me ever after completion of 2 year 1month
Please tell me am i eligible to get one month salary and further is it possible they can give us any other subordinate post
Also mentally disturbed us

A.Dear client,
The oral arguments of termination of the employee are not sustainable in law. Termination should be in writing and prior to 3 months. To get your one month salary send a legal notice.

You may approach Labor Commissioner to resolve the issue or get issue a legal notice and solve the problem.
