I resigned and left a company before the LWD and joined another company after serving only 1 month notice period instead of 3 months. But, my ex-employer paid me my salary, gave me the exp letter and relieving letter as according to the LWD, and marked my DOE only after 3 months as per them. So, now I cannot transfer my pf to my new account as the DOJ and DOE don't match. Though I have an option to Mark Exit from EPFO, can I do it hassle-free? I want to mark my DOE 59 days before the DOE which was marked by my former employer. Please guide me I am a fresher who had no dependency on previous employer that's why I left the company early.
