Court notice by bank even after complete repayment of loan Court notice by bank even after complete repayment of loan

I had taken education loan in 2011 from a PSU, and it was suit filed on 2017. I have settled through OTS on nov 2020. But I am receiving district civil court notices for lok Adalat hearing even in March 2022.
What should I do?

You may visit the band and show them proper documents of the paid loan amount. But even if they continue to do the same, you may visit an advocate and send a legal notice to the bank for the same.
Thanks

You need to send a legal notice to the bank asking them to stop this and even after that if they don't do it then you can file a case in high court to stop all this harassment by the bank as the bank is a PSU.
