A.Dear Client,
You go to the nearest police station and lodge a complaint against all the mobile numbers which sends you unwanted SMS or gives you unwanted calls. Police can investigate the complaint under IT Act, IPC, TR Act. At first, police will contact the service provider from whose number the calls and SMS are coming and will acquire the identification of the users and will file cases against them. if the identification of the users cannot be made by the service providers then the service provider can stop the services of those numbers under Telephone Regulatory Act.

Thank You

Firstly, you have to pay the money amount in order to settle this matter. You may talk to the higher executive authorities regarding this matter. If at all the calls are harassing you verbally or threatening you, then you must complain about it in the company's ombudsman team and then in the local police station.
Thanks

You need to get in touch with the credit card company and discuss with them about it stating the fact that you wish to repay the due amount ad you need some time for it. Unless that is done it will be difficult to get rid of this problem.
Yes if the harassment is more and troublesome then yo can file a complaint to the police.
