My victim is in a fake case of 376 and the opposition is belong to sc/st ,so its automatically add sc/st act , and my victim is in custody from last 14 days. What will i do for bail

A.take help of one expert lawyer from vidhikarya database and act accordingly. getting bail is really tough in such 376 cases.

A.Contact a local lawyer from Vidhikarya for a regular bail. If medical report is negative and no circumstantial evidence to make out a case u/s 376 IPC, then move a petition u/s 482 Cr.PC in the high court for quashing FIR and criminal proceeding.

1) accused will not abscond,
2) accused will not threaten victim and witness,
3) accused will not tamper evidences,
4) accused will cooperate during investigation.
