need a lawyer to file case a against a girl who sexually exploited me by offering me job nd marriage

a girl torchered me to love her and sex with her from ome year.i avoided nd rejected but she offered me a job and money if i would do sex with her and marry her.

she promised me to give me job nd used me sexually and promised me to marry.
so i have neglected my exams job preperation by thinking that she would give me that job.
and she is government job holder.am jobless.

so evryday she used me for her sexual desires and diverted my mind not to study and not to get job.

finally without reason she rejected me to marry and also she didnt give me job..

so i need justice in my case.i have lost my studies by believing that her job promise and marriage promise.
so can i take any legal action against her if not deffinantly her thongs breach of promise trust.if police doesnt take my case what should i do.

so can i file PIL on this particular thing to recovery of my loss or to punish her.

we both are majors.i have all the proofs phon call conversations messages recordings of auudio nd video.

plz help me in this.i can pay any amount of money..i need PIL specialist lawyer urgent
