Regarding family partition

Sir my mother had signed to partition property by force because of grandfather sake,that my grandfather had promised to gave the share in his property but now he was dead ,before death he did not registered his property to anybody is it now my mother have any rights to claim the property
A.If you can show that to be an unfair partition, you can file for reopening of case.

A.You should be approach and file partition suit into civil court.
