Dear Sir
Promotin was not give by the Gail from the last two year however they had given to junior while lapsing the seniority.
With same rating and department promotion had graned to others.
Could not understand what to do please help if any thing could happen.

You may approach Tribunal or High Court for getting favourable orders. You have to select an Advocate who is regularly practicing before Central Administrative Tribunal and get copies of juniors who got promotion.
