Dear Team, I have booked two plots on Suvarnabhumi infra project and later we cancelled our booking , by the time of booking we paid at token amount of Rs 42000, we have relevant proofs for the same .By the time of plot booking they informed that if any cancellation after payment of token amount they are going to return the amount . As per their instructions we submitted the money return application with all the details and even we send E mail to corporate office for money return by attaching the earlier return letter submitted . it is almost one month crossed and they did not refund the money and not giving any assurance. request you to please advise how can proceed further legally

A.Dear Client,

You can send a legal notice to the concerned authority and if they don’t return your token amount then you can file a complaint at the consumer forum.

A.Kindly consult with an advocate for sending a legal notice to the corporate office from whom you booked the said plots. If they fails to comply with your legal notice then kindly file a complaint flbefire the consumer forum for the same with the help of your advocate. You will get your remedy at the earliest.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to scrutinize that Booking Agreement and associated correspondences for the terms, conditions and Legal implications.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a strong legal notice and if he did not budge then approach Police and also approach Consumer Court claiming another amount of Rs.2 Lakhs towards your mental torture and inconvenience caused to you.
