Workplace harassment Workplace harassment

Hi, I was mentally harassed by CEO in workplace and forced to resign from the company. Later I resigned on sep 2021 & registered a complaint against him in NCW on 18th Sep 2021. It surprised to see that there is no complaint status since 3rd Nov 2021 by 2nd reminder sent to accused by NCW. Till today the status is still remain same.
My CEO has sent me defamation notice by his lawyer two times and claiming the amount 20lakhs. Now I am in dark and have no idea what should I do. I sent multiple reminder to NCW, apart from this I sent a complaint letter in my nearest police station about the harassment. But I didn't here anything.
Please guide me what should I do.

A.Dear Client
You should have consulted a lawyer before taking the action so that appropriate results would have been there. You need to reply to the legal notices and if required and can send a legal notice yourself. You must also lodge the complaint in proper manner so that the police should take action on your complaint.
