Hi sir I'm Sathish Kumar from salem.i applied case in DRT court coimbatore but bank sale my house and they saying go outside.bank didn't gave any notice still but I put case in DRT sir

A.Dear Sir,

If no stay order is granted by the DRT in your favour then bank is at liberty to sell the property. Anyway you may approach High Court to get your problem redressed.

A.Dear Client
When you had filed a case in DRT then you should have sought the stay order from DRT against any action of the bank so that you could have stopped the bank from taking any action. Nevertheless try to raise this concern to the Tribunal and see what best can be done by Tribunal
