I have a son of 5 yrs old and want to remove his birth certificate with my name.

I had a relationship with my fiancee and we delivered our son but my gf was married and her husband was disappeared since 12 years but still by default my son has a certificate with his name and now my fiancee is no more in this world.

Now I have to admit my son in a school but with my name. Please help what should I do

A.This is a complex legal matter and can't be resolved just like that. Legally the son is not yours but the man's who disappeared. You will have to go a hard core legal way to adopt (your) son but it is difficult to say on high level whether it will be feasible or not. You must consult a lawyer.

But biologically he is my son right? So why cant we put a gadget and make an affidavit? Atleast school can accept that right?

We spoke to one lawyer and he suggested to make a Gazette and make an affidavit with my name which can be shown in the school
