A.Dear Client,
There is no procedure for disowning family members or siblings. You don't have any legal obligations to siblings For legal denouncing of connection or relation with siblings., you can get an affidavit prepared, get it notarized or get it registered in some cases(where monetary issues are involved). And once the document is notarised you can notify in two leading papers about complete details of your brother, his age, work your parent's name, address etc. that you have nothing to do with him and you denounce all the relations with him. Keep the documents with you and this will save you from most of the issues in families.
