Cheque payment stopped by drawer

I have given Security cheque to my employer and cheque is stopped, After Left the job they used the cheque 2 time so can you please help me what I need to do?
A.Dear Sir,
Once you issued the cheque by signing it the burden is upon you to prove contrary to the effect that no consideration was passed under the said cheque. Your employer may file cheque bounce case and if the amount is bigger one you may go for quashing of such criminal case.

If you made stopped payment to the cheque then there is nothing you can do but be careful that they might file a cheque bounce case against you and then you will have fight it out legally in the court of law.
