A.Dear Sir,
It all depends upon circulars issued by concerned State Government. In Karnataka Widow daughter is not entitled for family pension.

A.Dear Client
The widowed daughter of the pensioner is eligible to family pension once the pensioner dies. You can apply for the family pension by filing up the form and submitting the relevant docs. Be advised that family pension will be equally divided among the dependents.

A.Dear Client,
According to the CAG Family Pension report, Widow daughter / divorced daughter/ unmarried daughter of deceased Government servant is also entitled for the family pension till her remarriage or up to life time or starts earning a monthly income exceeding Rs. 9,000/- + DA admissible from time to time p.m. whichever is earlier.
