My late father had two sons and one daughter. In his reistered will, he has bequethed property to his only two sons. His daughter(my sister) has passed way before my father. In that case being a non-benificiary, is the death cetificate of my sister necessary for probate process?

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to know whether your deceased sister was married having children or not and whether your mother and father's mother are alive or not. Death certificate of all those deceased persons are required who can be the legal heiresses of your deceased father if there is no Will.
