False allegations on my father's property
1 year ago
My aunt is making false allegations on my father's property. She is asking a part of the property and sent legal notices. The land belongs to my father. What can we do in this case?
A.Dear Sir,
You have to fight legally and ask her to go to the Civil Court and claim her share. If your father not having much strength then ask him to sale the property and keep the money with him or in the accounts of near and dear

A.Dear Client,
if you have any documents that can prove that the property belongs to your father and not to your aunt, then she cannot stand the case. but, some other facts will also be needed to give answer clearly. meet a good civil lawyer with the documents you have with you.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to know whether your father purchased that property or got it from his parents by registered Transfer Deed or by Laws of Devolution. If your father got that property from his father then whether the property is ancestral or not is also required to be known.
