I have been issued a recovery notice under Section 45A, but i have failed to apply for appeal within 60 days, what should i do next to omit the recovery notice
A.Dear Sir,
You may immediately file appeal along with application to condone the delay. If your appeal is not admitted then go to higher court and get delay condoned.

A.Dear Client
When you had received the recovery notice then you should have immediately challenged it or gone for appeal. You not doing it within the time line will create problem for you. Still you can go for appeal with an application for condonation of delay.

A.Dear Client,
file an appeal now mentioning the reasons for the delay since there is no grace period under ESI act.
