Our family has been living in this building for almost 6 years, first 3 year on lease and renewed again to another 3 years to new owner..now the bank has siezed the building since Owner failed to repay the loan amount..our lease expired in april/1/2022 and now bank has given tommorow as last date for owner tk pay loan ..we all Tennant have be thrown out with our things at home left. How do we deal with this now? Should we go for police complaint or wait till building is sold by bank? If bank sells the building..wil we get our lease amount back from bank or owner must give that?
A.Dear Sir,
You cannot do any thing but combinedly request bank to wait for few days. Then approach High Court saying that you will purchase the said house if loan is transferred in your name.
