My name jvs sastry, previously in 2015 I get order from Machilipatnam labour court for my gratuity amount services in a pvt ltd company sphoorti marketing pvt ltd. They are unable to pay to me in this connection labour court order given to krishnadistrict collect recover thru AP RR ACT. They are enquired the company and the company movable/immovable properties are transfer to Guntur District and they are giving letter to Guntur collecter for my recovery amount thru rr act. In this connection here guntur MRO also enquired send lr to the company. Asper company's information my services are confirmed but all the assets are related to AGA Publications Ltd, in this connection we are unable to pay. Because here movable/immovalbe properties they are operating bank accounts thru AP and Telangana states by name of Sphoorti marketing pvt ltd. But two district collectors are not touched bank acconts. If any possiblity I have appllied for my amounts thru civil courts please advice................

A.Yes. You can get order from high court for payment with entire amount with interest.go through experienced lawyer for better resolution.

A.File a writ petition before the high court for payment of Gratuity along with interest.

A.You casn also move WP before your High Court jurisdictionfor Order for payment of the entire amount along with interest as you have Graduity payment order,the collector will collect as per arrears of land revenue with interst & also penal interest as per the Act.
