I retired from Limited company with written assurance (Retirement / Separation Letter) of Medical / Hospitalization benefit for me and family for LIFE. Now Company informs that the same is discontinued.

When contacted Consumer Forum, they have informed that it is not coming under Consumer. Labour commissioner has not responded for last 6 months.
