I want to know the under-mentioned thing, therefore, I would be very much grateful & extremely thankful to your goodself, if you, could kindly let me know that, “ Under which states in India “ Banning of unregulated deposit schemes Act 2019 ” is applicable/adopted & who is the Competent Authority in Kolkata ( West Bengal ) who had been appointed by the State Government, in order to deal with this particular act ( I.E under section 7 ) i.e all matters related with this “ BUDS ACT ” i.e to file all cases under this “ BUDS ACT ”.
Kindly let me know about this “ BUDS Act – 2019 ”, in full details.

You have to go through various sections of the Act to know its jurisdiction if it is Central Act otherwise it has no jurisdiction in other States. If you are aggrieved by such provisions you may go to High Court.
