Can I claim the compensation or complain against the company that terminated me after 14 days of joining without giving me any (notice) but I have the contract and I also lost my previous job just because of them?

A.Dear client sorry to hear that but Such termination occurs in one of the following situations.
The employee is under observations period (Probation) and the letter of appointment has this clause.
Performance below agreed norms
falsification of documents given at the time of appointment, even when found out much later.
Situations beyond the control of employer which mandate downsizing/ layoff/ termination of probationers/ contract employees (again it has to be a clause in the letter of appointment. And lastly,
Employee has done some act of moral turpitude (theft, rape/ murder/ staling IP/ misbehavior etc.
Hope greater clarity prevails now
