Refund Of Fees From Coaching Classes

I have paid 20k out of 1.3 Lacs towards a coaching classes as first installment of my sister's admission. But after attending 5-6 lectures she noticed that the teachers were partial towards the brighter students and she was not able to understand their teaching. So we decided to withdraw admission, but the coaching center is not allowing us to get refund because of the non-refundable clause in the admission form. What can I do in this case?
A.Dear client, since you have singed the contract with has non refundable clause quite apparent its impossible to get a refund on legal ground. However, if you still want refund you can file a case of misrepresentation, fraud etcetera but this is not advisable.
