About Job posting - given opsc AMO exam

Sir we had given opsc AMO exam in sept. 2021.In fab 2022 result had published and 148 got selected.One student who had not selected had challanged in odisha high court about why he has not been selected citing wrong marking of his paper.Court orderd that leaving one seat vacant give 147 student appointment.Govt has also started process.Now the last rank who has been left out filed a case in high court why she has left out.So now court has gave saty order on 147 also.So what should we 147 can do to remove stay order.Now the court is hearing two case simultaneously.So this matter is going delayed.So what can we do now solve this matter and give 147 students appointment as soon as possible.Thank u....
Normally courts will order to create one post if such candidate won the case. You may approach division bench or Supreme Court and get stay order vacated.

Thank you sir for your valuable advice....The matter is the govt advocate is delaying the matter...they are not telling the court that we have so many seat vacant if the party win the case we can give one seat to the petitioner...in this is this be right to appeal the court to order creat one post and give all of us posting.
