Can husband meet and communicate woth wife if wife launch mental/physical violence case against husband and his relatives

A.Dear client, technically the answer is Yes, but there is some risk if you want to meet your wife physically then she may say that you approached her to physically assault her. You may even avoid contracting her on phone because she may say that you might have threatened her to withdraw such complaint.
