A.Dear Madam,
You may get it transferred by approaching High Court. The second option is to register another FIR in your State.

A.Dear Client,
First Information Reports (FIR) filed in different police stations cannot be transferred from one place to another or one state to another by invoking powers under Section 407 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) and only cases and appeals can be transferred under the said provision. FIR cannot be transferred to an area in which no part of the offense or cause of action appears to have been committed. If the police are not taking any action on the FIR filed under the D V Act, a complaint under Section 156(3) of Cr. PC can be filed before the Judicial Magistrate who may then order the police to investigate the FIR which will trigger an investigation by the police of the alleged complaint made under the D V Act Under Section 406 of CrP C, the Supreme Court can transfer “any particular case or appeal” from one High Court to another High Court or from one criminal court subordinate to one High Court to another criminal court of equal or superior jurisdiction subordinate to another High Court.

A.Dear Client,
an FIR can not be transferred from one state to another and if the jurisdictional police station is not taking action against the same please file a complaint in the magistrate, where the magistrate further will provide direction to the police to take action
