Deficiency in coaching institute services

I took admission in a coaching institute on 10th July 2022.the fee was 62000 and I paid 20000 at the time of admission. After doing some classes I found that teacher is teaching some wrong concepts and some wrong facts. I informed the administration about this.they said that they will try to improve it .they tried but I was not satisfied so I requested them to cancel my admission and refund of fee on 27th of July 2022(17th day of admission).they are saying that their policy is that they do not refund After 15 days of admission in my case it is 17 days .they are saying that if I buy any other course from them in future they will settle 14000 rupee at that time .what should I do?
A.Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case if the agreement mentions the concept of refund policy then you cannot do much. However, you may file case against them.
