Travel agency demanding additional money

I booked a travel package in Dec 2021, and paid the entire amount in 3 installment till July 2022. Now the agency is asking for additional money close to 10% of the package cost, citing that price has been hiked by hotel agents in the tourist place. They also mentioned that in the policy doc its written that , price can be hiked under certain circumstances,. Now they wont cancel the package, and return the money. The travel agency wont even give proof of price hike example which hotelier has raised the price and so on . Can i get refund and approach consumer court ?
