Husband is wanting divorce but doesn't want to take initiative as he doesn't have valid reasons .Now he staying with his parents since 2 months.He is nt all in talking terms with me .Can I file a case on him for not staying with me and rather staying with parents and in laws

A.Dear madam there is no law in India that can force your husband to stay with you and not with his parents. Our suggestion would be to talk to your husband on this matter and go for counselling if possible but if counselling also fail it would be best to file for divorce by mutual consent.

A.Dear Madam,
You can file a case called a Restitution of Conjugal Rights under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act or directly proceed for Divorce.
