I was to say that the company didn't pay my salary from last 3 months .The proprietor of the company has no been of picking my calls and also accountant do not say anything about my salary my family suffering ver much .The company force me for the work but when I say for the salary they ignore with that

A.You need to send a legal notice through an advocate. If they don't reply or reimburse the salary within a statutory period, file a complaint with the labour commissioner. Alternatively you file a case in the labour court.

A.Dear client, you issue a legal notice demanding your salary, also include for the notice period sa 1month or 2months notice period as in your company. If he does not respond, then file a petition at labour court.Also, you may lodge FIR, 420 , 415, against company and its Directors or proprietor s
