Is corporate or company design/make a policy in which they will fired employee within one week after Onboarding?

A.Dear Client
Since employment with a private firm is a contract between the employee and employer so the terms are regulated by the employment contract signed by both of them and if there is a clause which says that an employee can be terminated within one week of joining then its ok otherwise you can initiate legal action against the compnay.
