SBI credit card recovery agent harrasment calls

I took sbi card in 2013 and was unable to pay the payment due to financial conditions post using it for 5-6 months till now. I have lost all the details related to credit card as everything was lost in some accident. Now they are calling my family members and me and harrassing me on a regular basis.
A.Dear Client, contact the Bank Ombudsman in such cases. There are several such cases where recovery agents call and harass people like you, and in such cases you can take legal action. However, talk to the branch manager or authorities, and try for some sort of settlement. Hope this helps!
