Maintenance claim

My Qsn is...as i am 54yrs old and now after 35yrs of marriage i don't want to live with my husband as he is a Railway employee so i want to kno how i claim maintenance now from his salary and from is pension after the retirement as he will b retired after 4-5 months.
And should i also get the some part of claim from his PF which he will get at the time of retirement.
A.In my humble suggestion, retirement is not a ground for reducing the maintenance amount. So you can claim maintenance and retirement won't be a hinderance.
