Leakage in Flat - My apartment has got a leakage

My apartment has got a leakage problem where the ceiling and pillar is getting wet due to leakage from my neighbours toilet residing above me . I have requested them to rectify the problem . But they dont seem to be listening . How best can I handle this problem as there is risk to our life as over a period of time the flooring might cave in.
A.In my humble suggestion, you can get a legal notice issued against the management and if the management does not comply with your legal notification, you may file a suit.

You may issue legal notice to the management if not complied file a suit against them either repair or reimbursing such amount as may be spent by you. They might be having Corpus fund for such repairs.

You need to write to the builder if the building is new and recently occupied else you need to write a a letter to the society to resolve the issues. The society must intervene between two of you and take a decision that hos it can be resolved.
