Employment Related -Computer Programmer in the State Government

I am Working on the post of Computer Programmer in the State Government, I have Grade Pay of 4200 and working as Class-III, but in the same government some other department has also the post of Computer programmer with the Grade pay of 5000 and Class-I. Please advice me if I can do something for this.
A.In my humble suggestion, you can present your complaint to the High Court or Service Tribunal. This would prove to be effective in resolving this issue.
