School certificate me birth date mistake hai hai... retirement ko 5 month bacha hai bss ...aise me agar department action Lega to Kya Sara Paisa jabt kr liya jayega pension milega ya nhi

A.Dear client if there is any mistake in the birth certificate, then get an affidavit from the First Class Judicial Magistrate and there after send to educational officer, DI.

A.If there's a mistake in the birth certificate, then get an affidavit from the First Class Judicial Magistrate and there after send it to DI (Primary/Secondary) for PPO.

A.Has the department already discovered that? If yes then you should get it sorted out with the department. In my opinion the department should have had the problem with your joining and they should not have with your retirement. If they do then speak to a lawyer and get it resolved.
