Sir, I am working in a PSU in West Bengal and would be completing 4 years and 203 days till the last day of my Notice Period. Please do advice me if I would be eligible for the payment of gratuity?

A.Sir, 4 years 203 days working in a PSU, you're not liable to claim for gratuity. You need to complete 5 years, to claim for the gratuity.
