I am working in psu bank and taken permission to appear in state civil exams.cleared written exam and got noc to appear for interview .cleared final exam and paid 3months salary due to lack of 3months notice period.However i took permission for exam 4years earlier and noc 4months prior resigntion.
From which date notice period counts
1.date of permission for exam
2.date of noc for interview
3.date of result
4.date of application for resignation

A.Respected sir, your notice period will start from the date of application of your resignation. And as per the regulations and norms of your office, you might have to work in those months of the notice period aswell.

A.Notice period also starts from the date of submitting the resignation letter... You have to serve a minimum period of three months from the date of resigning from your job... After completion of those three months, you will be provided the releasing letter from your office.
