Help - I m a banker, I have opened accounts

Im a banker, i have opened accounts of few customers from a company by one of the manager reference from that company, now the manger has done forgery in that company, will it affect me, he has personally given me some money as debt which I had repayed also
A.Sir if you're able to produce the right documents regarding the forgery you shall not be liable for any charges. As for the money that you borrowed from the manager, it can no where be stated that the money that was given to you was out of the money that was forged by him.

A.If you have all the records of fund transaction then you will not be blamed for such forgery... You need to be honest towards the company and keep your work completely transparent to the company.

It depends upon several factors. If anybody lodge complaint against you also then go to High Court and get anticipatory bail.
