Land status report(NOC) is ban

i purchased a land in extended laldora northwest district of delhi in 2013 for which i have registry. i am residing at that place from 2013. no i want to sell this house. to sell this property i need Land status report(NOC) from revenue department which is ban due to land consolidation in my particular area from last 3 years. now please adivse me how and from where i can obtain this Land status report(NOC).
A.Certificate for Issuance of Land Status Report can be taken from the office of district south west delhi.
