I have filed as case against the employee on behalf of company for not returning company assets. Now I am not working for that company, but court has summoned me to visit . How I can remove my name . Does it will effect my visa processing in any country.

A.Since sir, it is a civil case then yo might get removed or just can give the evidence and close the matter as soon as possible.

A.Dear Sir,
It seems a civil case you may get it removed or just give evidence and close the matter saying that you are no more employee of ex-company and you do not know anything about such company.
