Pocso issue - Due to matrimonial issues Pocso issue - Due to matrimonial issues

Due to matrimonial issues child had been manipulated and when questioned about good and bad touch by his mother child says his grandfather touched private parts. Child version was used by his mother and an fir was raised against in laws and her husband. My father has been granted bail by sessions court. Chargesheet is yet to be filed more than 5 months now and everyone seems to be moneyminded. Not sure how to get out of this. Since this is pocso I am unable to visit my child and it's been months since I Last saw him. Is boy version alone enough to prove guilty? Clearly they manipulated my son but wat can be done to prove innocence of my father who is 67 yr old?

A.Sir it's very common in matrimonial cases, that people seek help under POSCO, the best way to seek remedy is to file a complaint in the high court and stay order on such false FIR and later it can get quashed

A.Dear Sir,
It has become common for most of the spouses who are in disputes to take Posco Act and lodge false complaints against in-laws etc. The better course of defence is to go to High Court and get a stay order on such false FIR and ultimately it may be quashed.
