What are the labor laws for female employees. The director in a PPP institution under Delhi government is forcing my wife for a night shift. (Day shift, followed by night shift and then the next day shift). Can we file a case for sexual harassment against the director? (He is always stooping low with either his derogatory comments or his comments about her family or her gender, etc.)

A.Yes sure you wife can either file a harassment complaint or else she can also file a complaint against the man in the HR department of the company.

A.Dear Sir,
Yes, your wife can file such complaint either with police or in the same company with the prescribed authority so that action can be initiated against him.

Sir,
She tried complaining to the top authority but in vain. Dean also favoring the person saying, 3 shifts had to be done and also night is also required. Saying the some words as the unethical manager. How can I raise the issue in labor court against this unethical practice in so called government institution?
