I missed my intervew because of the mistake and carelessness of the concerned incharge saying that there was an error in the computer system that it did not show my pdf of application form which i sent through email. Also I filed a written complaint to the higher authorities saying that its all over, we cannot ur interview. Also the incharge didnot release list of shortlisted candidates to be appear in interview. can I file a legal complaint against the concerned incharge and higher authorities. can I get compansation for my loss. plz give a legal advice. I m not financially sound to bear all legal charges and formalities.

A.Dear Sir,
Yes, you can lodge complaint and also go for compensation but as per my knowledge only negligible amount of compensation may be awarded to you after fighting for 2-3 years. Any way to teach him a lesson ask the higher officers to initiate the departmental enquiry against him by keeping him under suspension.

A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, you can keep forward our grievance before the higher authorities of the organization where your interview was scheduled.
